Daylight Savings

by Punix-GT » 02 Apr 2005, 23:46

Please tell me, is tonight Daylight Savings? >_>

I'm not too particularly thrilled about having having to move my clock an hour ahead. That basically means that everyone is going to lose an hour of sleep. Dammit!

yes tonight (this morning) at 2 am is day light savings. which means for one hour I'll be two hours ahead of you instead of one lol :P
The deeper darker me ever grows,
Until the light burns it apart,
Leaving behind my scorched and naked heart.

:grumble: I don't even care about the loss/gain of an hour due to this twice a year, I just think it's stupid. I used to think some super-natural thing was happenening, and we just had to, or the whole world would be in chaos! Then I learn it's only in America...then I learn the farmers made it up, and now that's just stupid...who else is that convenient for? No one. Do we gamers go around "adding hours" to our schedule to ensure that we finish a game before we have to return it? :? No! bah[/i]

That's actually a pretty good point.

Actually Baka, I read into it. I never knew why Daylight Savings time existed either, but when I finally found out how, it made sense, and it should have been a bit more common sense...but its not ^_^;;;
