It's that time again...time to Fall Back

by Neo » 27 Oct 2009, 16:54

Every 6 months or so, it's time to change the clocks in your home, car, digital devices, or swinging-quartz micro-degree planetary solar revolution measurement instruments.

...unless you're Kaze, and live in AZ.

It's time to Fall Back an hour this coming Saturday night, October 31, 2009...the appropriate time to do it is at 2:00am, so that you get to experience 1:00 all over again. So make sure you're doing something fun between 1:00 and 2:00, and then use the Daylight Savings time adjustment to justify doing it for another hour.

Of course, if you're not going to be until 2am, you can always set the clock back an hour before you go to bed - it'll just be somewhat depressing to see that you're going to bed an hour earlier than you planned.

Those bastards in Arizona...and what? Hawaii? Yeah, get with the program. Well, okay...so it's completely useless. I work in a Dining Facility for the Army and I have to wake up as early as 0300 to serve soldiers. You don't see those smurfers giving us extra time to cook breakfast smurfettes!

Setting clocks back is for homos.

i hate time change....it gets dark too early.

I've heard about Paranormal Activities from some ppl in class. One guy said it scared the hell out of him bc it could be real, and other ppl said it sucked....I haven't even seen previews.

I'm so behind on movies....so if you saw it, was it good?

Well, I tell people that it's Saturday night, when they go to bed, because not everyone in the world is going to realize that 2am is really Sunday morning. Even my gf argued with me shortly that we didn't change the times when we were going to bed Saturday night, we were supposed to do it Sunday night, before starting the week. v_v

I think she was just tired though...but she did prove my point.

Yea, I haven't reset my clocks since I moved here to Arizona. The only time I finagle with them is when the batteries die. :P
