Given that there is a thread for your future self to talk back to your past self...what about the other direction?

What is something you want to make sure your future self remembers about how you are now?
Something that you don't ever want to lose from life as you get older...
Or even something that you think you have a pretty good handle on at the moment, so you can check back on it later to see how right/wrong you were...

I want my future self to find a way to do what he must when that allows him to do what he wants otherwise.
