Apparently we have a tech department in formation....
That error results from trying to access the same page at the same time as someone else. It's rare, but it happens.

Lately, there have been some problems with the people running the server... <_< and I wish they'd get their act together.
I'll be moving to the new server soon..within the next two weeks - so hopefully, if everything goes right...we'll have a DIFFERENT set of problems
