tsnNext in stages?

What do y'all think about using the next version of the site as it comes out?
This means that I release portions of code as they are finished, instead of one big over-haul of the site.
Granted, this may mean that new features things won't work until everything is in place...but mainly the design of the site will be released in portions.
Questions, comments?

Given I wasn't so lazy, I'd suggest releasing it in stages. That way, you could get some help coding it, or feedback that way on means of improving it...
Now, that I am lazy, do it all at once. People'll complain if you do it in stages.

Hrm...I think doing it in stages sounds cool. We'll gradually get customed to the new one, and to the awesome feel.

I don't know, I think i would like to see it all at once. I like surprises and would prefer to see your new ideas all at once.
If you do it in stages, I won't complain. Whatever you want to do!

Neo, do you know what else you should do? Make an XP skin, XP logon screen, and winamp skin that all match tsnNext. Heck, I'd pay money for those. I think it'd be awesome to have all of that. Just an idea....*shrugs*....

I don't know how to make those...but Vanyl knows how to make the WinAmp stuff....I might see if she can do that.

WOAH! LOL
I like the shading and all, but I can't see much on the bottum sides of My Spot. You may need to change the color of the letters if you are going to do that.
EDIT: Well, now it's gone. lol... I guess it was just experimental time!

Haha, yeah. I was testing some things. It looks good on the front page, but it didn't look so great in the rest of the site.
Anyway, that's just something spice up this version - it has nothing to do with how the next version looks.

i started using the new version to make some posts tonigh (including this one) after i did some major changes to the layout and design of this jumbled up code...and it's friggin' sweet!
there are still some major color problems that i have to work out, but this is much easier to read, and use, and the features rock.
i'll get tsn out as soon as i can. i have been inspired!
(partly because i watched anti-trust and the matrix in the same weekend
)

I noticed the first page-thingy...where it says to click here, or whatever. I like the colors. ^_^

Well, you'll just have to wait. who knows - at this rate, i might get the tsn part out in time for the deadline...but i'm not promising anything at this point, since that's like 2 weeks away.
(although i did get tsniii up and out in 2 weeks)

I want it NOW NOW NOW!!! LOL. I want all the new features and everything to be out now! Sorry. I haven't been on in a while, but I love the spot! Give me what you got, whatever you got...but NOW!!!

Haha...sorry, I can't do that. Only UPS, KD, and I can use what I have right now. That's because it's an effort to hard code the users into the functions...and because there are a TON more controls that they have to learn, whereas all the controls for the moderators are pretty much the same.
But it's coming along quite nicely...the look that is - the coding is getting harder, since I can't find the code that I need.

There seems to be a somewhat split decision about how to release the site.
But I believe I am going to do my best to release the tsnV portion of it by the end of May, if not sooner.
For a taste of what's to come, check out the new My Spot 2.0 page. For those that saw the the preview site before, this one is different. I just made it today - and it took all day to create this prototype. Now I start coding it.
**Warning: it takes a few seconds to load on a cable internet connection, because it's forced php...not like the rest of the pages, which are handled on the server before they're sent to your computer**
