lol so within the last like 24-48 hours. Terrible, I was so invisible I could slip away unnoticed.

Oh hey, so next TX trip I assume I'll actually get to have a meet n greet right? Seeing as it didn't happen a decade ago. lol

2 grand??? That's crazy. I don't know how much flights normally cost between here and there, but I feel like you should be able to get some for way cheaper than that.

lol Admit it, Neo, you kind of forgot about me minus one or two exchanges over the years. :P

Yeah, the price I paid was crazy high. I can get flights much cheaper now, but still, 2 grand was a lot at 18...

Never. I saw every single race you went on, all your "princess" outfits, all your medals, all the crappy hotel rooms.

I cheered you on silently, because I wasn't sure who remembered me on facebook either. Most people are just "on the friends list." I actually sought out everyone that was once a member of tsn, and made sure I kept up with them in all the other social medias. Even people who posted as infrequently as Mighty_Mouse05...though some people posted less frequently and I never got to know them.

Yeah...even now that would be crazy just for flights. We'll be going to Scotland soon and each ticket only cost us $1000 each round trip (actually less because of points).

I just reached Level 12 on Ingress, so I'm just hacking at least a few times a day, but I'm not going to be out ALL the time. >_>

I've already long decided my thoughts on the Election is that I'm a centrist. I technically could care less about politics, but at the same time, I'm probably the most important person for any kind of vote. That, and I'm not one to voice my beliefs out loud. Come to think of it, I believe I was like that in the last election.

Whoa, whoa, hey now! "Crappy hotel rooms"???? Ouch! I'm wounded, Neo, completely wounded.

I totally remembered you, and I recall a few times posting to your stuff. I really pulled back on a lot of people on FB because I knew my views.... were different, let's just say and I never knew where others stood on things. I always kind of felt like a fish out of water here when I would speak my mind because I had very different views and since people's pages are their own, I tended to keep my smurf-poo to myself.

Well that and I've been having a grand old time with health stuff that completely f'ed up my brain for the last year and a half... can I blame that? Good, 'cause I'm gonna.

Yeah, I'm not sure how we thought that was a good price but it was crazy ridiculous. To add to it, my mom insisted on new clothing for the trip... It was something else, to say the least. I still wear some of those items too, ironically enough. At least I can proudly say I can fit into clothes fro 10 years ago? Yay?

I normally fly to Florida for about 200 RT and my trip out to Cali & Colorado last summer ran me about 600 RT due to multi-leg flights. I'm trying to find a good deal on Cali this fall but it's getting harder with the exchange rates.

You're pretty quiet on FB, for sure. I think of the few TSN people I have on my page, Neo and KD are the most active, though I saw Abi a lot for a while during his move and once he heard I was going out to San Diego for a bit. My parents still ask how you are and what you're up to, lol.

Well, to be fair, I didn't actually see much of the hotel room in the photos...the photos were about your costumes.

Most of which were terrible costumes, except Figment. That one turned out great and I'm proud of it. No one can convince my that tail and wings weren't the smurf-poo! Even after running 39.5 miles in it... what the hell was I thinking?

What the hell were you thinking running 39.5 miles? That doesn't seem healthy

Have you ever done a tough mudder?? My hubby is doing one next month in Oklahoma. I don't run. AT all. Lol. So we are going to be staying at a Casino Resort and I plan on having a spa day while he is running. LOL. It would be awesome if some other friends could go run with him and make a fun weekend of it.
