Happy Birthday, Scyfris!

Happy birthday man! Not sure what you've been up to lately, but the few glimpses I've seen on Google+ lead me to believe it's something to do with technology. Come back and give us an update?

Re: Sept. 7th, 2015 @ 1p-6:30p | A Canadian in Texas? What??

My college roommate had a 1.5 hour layover and we had enough time to take him to springcreek BBQ. There's a lot nearby, and you definitely have more than enough time. But was his flight international? She'll have to go back through the [probably] longer international security line. There is still d...

Well, I know it's fast food, but Whataburger is a Texas-only thing. There's an option that isn't too pricy. As far as Steak goes, there's Saltgrass nearby. And for Italian, I recommend Ferrari's - I've had the one in Addison, but there's one in Grapevine: 1200 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX 76051...

Re: A Canadian in Texas? What??

GlennCoco and I will be there. We might be able to get you out of the airport for some lunch, though there are some good places in the airport too. Just find a place in or near that you'd be interested in eating at, and we'll make that happen. lol I have no clue what's around there so I'll have to ...

Re: Favorite Games

I started playing WoW again, after watching the next expansion announcement. I never got to play in the Burning Crusades world, and always wanted to...but not like they are doing in the current release where it's back in time. Seeing the new stuff though got me excited for the content again. Not as ...

Re: Comic TV Shows

I was kinda disappointed in the new Fantastic Four. I had high hopes for them becoming part of the current Marvel universe. But after seeing it, without any trailers in the credits, I am disappointed that I don't think they're going to do well enough to make a sequel. I had no problems with the 2005...

Re: Comic TV Shows

I saw Ant-Man a couple weekends ago. It was a typical Paul Rudd movie. I guess I wasn't expecting much ever since I saw they were doing it back in 2012. I had never heard of Ant-Man until then, and had nothing to base any expectations on. I am now curious though about what the end-game is for all th...

Re: Favorite Games

I used to play a lot of World of Warcraft, ever since I met GlennCoco really. I adopted the class of Mage and made my way to the #1 Horde Mage on the server where we raided. With the new expansion (Draenor) though, I decided the grind was too much, and the schedule too rigid for raiding the way I wa...

Re: Site Redesign Concept - "The Spot"

I've started working on this over the weekend, spending the days leading up to this weekend thinking about how it should be implemented. I'm using this as an opportunity to learn how to do some things I should already know how to do, but have only learned enough to get by over the years. A quick ove...

Re: Site Redesign Concept - "The Spot"

If facebook did that, you'd never go back to the site. It's about engagement...when there is nothing right there for the user to engage in, they will not engage anywhere else.

Re: Site Redesign Concept - "The Spot"

I'm actually quite excited for this...experiment, really. I've learned a lot already in the 7 months I've been with a digital media agency when it comes to websites, and building them for the modern web. I work with a lot of talented people, and have gotten to bounce some crazy ideas off other peopl...
